Khales Corporation was established in 2003. Khales Corporation offers commercial and residential construction projects and renovations. We have a team of experienced professionals with experience in site analysis, feasibility studies, preliminary design studies, and permit/zoning applications. It focuses on a variety of residential and multi-unit developments in the Greater Toronto Area and York Region.

• Site analysis- The study of the climatic, geographical, historical, legal, and infrastructural context of a given site is a preparatory step in architectural and urban design processes.
• Feasibility studies- A feasibility study determines if a proposed project or system is feasible. A feasibility study seeks to discover the strengths and shortcomings of an existing business objectively and rationally.
• Preliminary design studies – In the preliminary design phase, more detailed engineering design/analysis calculations are performed on at least the major elements of the component
